These services are available to owners, buyers, developers and other parties to add value, avoid loss and provide advice on all aspects of the local Real Estate market. Property Finding

Firstly we listen carefully to your needs, requirements and desires. It is very important to us to fully understand your criteria in order to refine our searches and make you responsible recommendations of properties that we believe match or, are as close as possible to your needs.

Exclusivity

In recent years following our clients’ needs we established a more exclusive way of working, offering services on a tailor made basis. Our aim is to represent the buyer as their exclusive agency. This creates a deeper understanding of the client’s needs and saves both parties a significant amount of time.

Building Project

In the case of the acquisition of a plot of land, we usually follow the project all the way through by supervising the construction to the point of delivery. We work closely with the engineer and his team, with whom have already built a significant number of properties.

Legalities

We will explain the legal process for the purchase of property in Corfu and the timescale, costs and paperwork involved. Once you have decided to buy we will introduce you to one of our English speaking lawyers and we will guide you through the maze of the purchasing process.
